Juventus drew 2-2 with Venezia thanks to a penalty kick from Dusan Vlahovic in the 95th minute. This result keeps their winning streak in Serie A going, despite the fact that it is their tenth draw in 16 games. Earlier that week, Manchester City had already suffered a Champions League defeat against Juventus. After 19 minutes,

Thiago Motta’s team took the lead thanks to a corner kick from Federico Gatti. But shortly after the hour, Mikael Egill Ellertsson equalized as Venezia responded firmly. With seven minutes remaining, Jay Idzes headed in a free kick from Hans Nicolussi Caviglia to give Venezia the lead.

Juventus was awarded a penalty when Antonio Candela handled the ball in the box during stoppage time. Vlahovic saved his team a point by converting the spot-kick. After this tie, Juventus is now nine points behind leaders Atalanta in ninth place in Serie A with 28 points.

Despite their impressive performance, Venezia only has 10 points and is still at the bottom of the standings. This season, they have failed to maintain leads on several occasions.

Juventus wants to go higher in the league, but they are beginning to worry about their draw record.Juventus has drawn more games than they have won this season, and they have only won six of their 16 games. This is reminiscent of their 1998–99 season, when they too had just six victories at this time. In 2024, the squad set a new record with 20 Serie A draws.
